About Event

How do you take a product from Vilnius to Paris, Berlin, London, New York, and beyond?

Join us for an evening about building products people want, entering new markets, and creating scalable growth. Expect honest founder stories, practical Go-To-Market (GTM) lessons, and hands-on advice.

From Vilnius to a Global Marketplace

Our headline guest is Milda Mitkutė, Co-founder of Vinted and one of Lithuania’s most prominent technology founders. Milda will share how Vinted started, found product-market fit, built its early community, and grew from a personal problem into one of Europe’s most successful consumer technology companies.

Founded in Vilnius in 2008, Vinted became Lithuania’s first tech unicorn in 2019. In 2025, its members traded €10.8B in gross merchandise value, while Vinted generated €1.1B in revenue and €62M in net profit.

GTM 2027: What 2026 Changed—and What Founders Should Do Next

The second part of the evening will bring together Raimonds Kulbergs, founder and CEO of BADideas.fund, and Mario Araujo, Head of PLG at Flosum, for a practical conversation about preparing your startup’s go-to-market strategy for 2027.

Raimonds will share the patterns BADideas is seeing across its portfolio: what is working in 2026, where startups are getting stuck, and how these lessons are shaping the fund’s hands-on GTM advisory approach.

Mario will bring the operator perspective from Product-Led Growth. He will cover how startups can move beyond founder-led or sales-led growth and build scalable systems for activation, retention, monetization, and expansion.

Together, they will explore how buyer behavior, distribution, positioning, and growth models are changing—and what founders should do differently when planning GTM for 2027.

Powered by BADideas.fund

BADideas is an early-stage fund backing ambitious founders across the Baltics and CEE. Beyond investment, BADideas connects portfolio companies with experienced GTM advisors who work directly with founders on positioning, customer acquisition, distribution, monetization, fundraising, and scalable growth. At this event, founders will gain insights from the patterns BADideas sees across its portfolio, combined with hands-on advice from world-class GTM and PLG experts.

Founders can submit their decks to the BADideas GTM and deck evaluation tool:

Speakers

Milda Mitkutė
Co-founder of Vinted, Investor

Milda co-founded Vinted with Justas Janauskas in 2008, turning a personal need to give unused clothes a second life into one of Europe’s leading consumer marketplaces. Today, she is also active as an investor and contributor to Lithuania’s startup and education ecosystem.

Raimonds Kulbergs
Founder and CEO of BADideas.fund

Raimonds runs the BADideas fund and does go-to-market work with portfolio founders. He brings the investor and the whole portfolio perspective, drawing on the recurring GTM challenges BADideas sees across early-stage companies. He will share how lessons from 2026 are changing the fund’s hands-on advisory work and what founders should prioritize for 2027.

Mario Araujo
Head of PLG at Flosum, Product-Led Growth Operator

Mario was ranked the world’s #28 Product-Led Growth operator by ProductLed. At OutSystems, he built self-service revenue from zero to multiple millions in under two years.
