AQARÁ Agave de Los Andes Refugio is a zero-proof spirit crafted from wild Andean agave in Caraz, Peru, where the mature plants are clay-oven roasted and distilled without fermentation. The expression reveals notes of a pristine mountain meadow with subtle smokiness and a touch of spice from indigenous peppers added during distillation. Try it neat or in a cocktail for the depth and smokiness of mezcal with 0.0% ABV.
