​This is a closed-door working session for senior leaders: structured table conversations, real challenges/successes, no panels, no spectators.

​We're gathering around one problem most companies feel but rarely address:

​At scale, the expectation is simple: the C-level team operates as one. In reality, it doesn't.

​Different incentives. Different pressures. Different definitions of success. Market shifts, board expectations, competing stakeholder demands, all of it lands on each leader individually, even while they're expected to act as one team.

​This session is a space to bring what's actually going on for you on your executive team, and hear how other leaders are navigating it, day to day.
