About Event

As AI systems accelerate the pace of work, a quieter constraint is emerging: the human cognitive system operating under continuous load.

In high-performance environments, teams increasingly experience fragmented attention, decision fatigue, and slower recovery between intense thinking cycles.

This interactive workshop explores practical methods for restoring focus and stabilizing cognitive state inside AI-accelerated work environments.

Participants will experience a short embodied Focus Protocol — a 15 minute sensorimotor sequence designed to reset attention and cognitive clarity — followed by a guided discussion on how these methods can support high-stakes performance in real work settings.

Format: Interactive workshop / cognitive state lab

• Introduction: the human bottleneck in AI-accelerated systems
• Live Focus Protocol demonstration
• Reflection and discussion on attention, regulation, and decision quality under load
• How short cognitive reset protocols can support AI-native teams and organizations

This session is designed for founders, operators, researchers, and technology leaders interested in human performance, decision-making, and the future of work in AI-driven environments.

Participants will leave with a short protocol they can use to recover clarity during cognitively intense work.

Location: San Francisco (exact venue will be shared with confirmed attendees)
