About Event

Join us for an all-star panel event exploring the tension between ambition and reality as sustainable brands scale. Along with drinking, nibbling, networking and celebrating all the progress being made by some truly amazing brands.

At SURI, we spend a lot of time thinking about what it means to build responsibly. As brands grow, that ambition becomes more complex. Early ideals begin to meet the realities of cost, supply chains, infrastructure, and ever-evolving customer behaviour.

Turning intent into impact brings together leaders from purpose-driven consumer brands to talk honestly about what happens after the early days.

We’ll get into the things that don’t always make it onto the website: Scope 3 emissions, data gaps, evolving regulation, and the commercial trade-offs that come with building in the real world. (Alongside some genuinely great stories.)

Meet our panel:

Chi Lau - Quality & Sustainability Manager, Wild
Chi-Hang leads quality and sustainability at Wild, a brand rethinking everyday personal care through refillable formats and low-impact materials — where sustainability is designed in from the start, not bolted on after.

Brian Walmsley - Founder, Reborn Homes
Brian founded ReBorn to prove that everyday homewares — washing up bowls, toilet brushes, bathroom organisers — can be made beautifully from recycled industrial waste, manufactured in the UK, and designed to be circular from day one.

Louisa Dodd - Head of Sustainability, Little Moons
Louisa heads up sustainability at Little Moons, the B Corp-certified mochi brand now sold in over 35 countries. She's navigating what responsible growth looks like for a fast-scaling food brand — from reducing carbon intensity to embedding sustainability across a global supply chain.

Fiona Cartmel —Sustainability Lead, Chilly’s

Fiona drives sustainability at Chilly's — the brand that helped redefine reusables for a new generation — balancing design ambition, rapid global growth, and real-world environmental impact.

Hosted by Cora Purdy - Sustainability & Operations Manager at SURI
