About Event

Berlin SaaS-Night – Community Pitch & Networking Night
Connect, Pitch & Grow

Our mission: Elevate Berlin’s SaaS community through knowledge sharing, honest feedback, and authentic connection.

How Does It Work?

For Indie/Small SaaS Founders & Solopreneurs:

  • If you have a launched SaaS product, you can join and pitch for free (no costs, no strings attached, just register and we let you know).

  • No idea-stage or stealth pitches – this event is for founders who’ve shipped and launched.

  • No bullshit marketing – tell a real story about your SaaS.

For Larger SaaS Companies:

  • Larger SaaS companies (= having employees) are welcome to pitch when sponsoring the event.

  • Sponsoring includes:

    • Brand placement and recognition as a sponsor throughout the evening

    • A dedicated 10-minute pitch slot (but focused on your saas journey, not a generic sales pitch)

For Everyone:

  • Enjoy finger food & drinks (thanks to our sponsors!)

  • Meet fellow founders, collaborators, and investors

  • Build community in a relaxed, founder-friendly atmosphere

Pitch Guidelines

No generic sales or marketing pitches!
Founders must answer the following 3 questions during their pitch:

  1. Why did you build your SaaS?
(Share the original motivation or problem you wanted to solve - your “why.”)

  2. What has been your biggest challenge so far, and how did you handle it?
(Be honest - share a real struggle or mistake and what you learned.)

  3. Who is your product really for, and what have you learned from your earliest users or customers?
(Reveal real feedback, pivots, or surprising learnings from people who pay/use your SaaS.)

Style Guide: “Elevated Casual”

We’re dialing things up just a notch: think “start-up chic” or “Berlin creative casual.” But above all, come as you are: chic, startup-casual, or whatever makes you feel most like you.
Jeans with a blazer, bold shirts, dresses, funky accessories, sneakers – bring your own style!
No pressure, just good vibes.
