In this sound bath, Phoenix Song, who also leads Sound Bath experiences at Grace Cathedral, will guide participants through an evening of release and realignment — weaving embodiment, self-awareness, and ancestral energy into a sacred experience of rest and renewal. Together, we’ll open to the wisdom within and the harmony that unites us all.

As a queer, non-binary, gender expansive Korean American adoptee, I have walked a long journey of transforming pain into healing and sound. Through studies in expressive arts, voicework, mindfulness, and ancestral practices, I’ve learned to free my voice and help others do the same. I now share these tools as a expressive arts facilitator, ritual artist, mindfulness teacher, and healer. My mission is to help you free your voice and your life — connecting deeply with yourself and others in playful, supportive, and transformative spaces.
