​Hands-On Workshop on how to use Claude as a Coworker

​Learn how to put AI to work; turn your AI to a real coworking agent!  This is a  live session combined with a hands-on workshop that will teach you how to create your own coworking agent at work. No coding knowledge required!

​Most of us use AI every day for basic Q&A or light doc editing while still doing most of the work ourselves. Meanwhile, a new generation of agentic AI can plan, use your files and tools, and carry work across many steps until it's done.

​Join Bereisheet Tech for an evening about that shift; built agent coworker with Claude Cowork — Anthropic's desktop tool that lets anyone, technical or not, hand real work to AI.

​The talk:

• ​A practical introduction to AI today — what actually changed from chat to reasoning to agents, and why it matters now.

• ​Why Cowork is different — an AI agent that works with your real files and real tools on your own computer.

• ​Plugins, connectors, and artifacts — role-based toolkits, connections to the tools you already use (email, calendar, Slack, drive), and live pages that refresh with your data.

• ​Setting the stage for the hands-on workshop — the exact playbook you're about to run yourself: take a dataset you've never seen, and get from raw file to answers in minutes.

​The workshop:

​Gain hands-on experience: Download a real dataset (we'll provide the CSV), point Cowork's Data plugin at it, and analyze it yourself — explore it in plain English, pressure-test the numbers, and leave with an interactive dashboard you built in the room.

​Who should join?

​Founders, executives, product, ops, engineers — anyone who wants AI doing real work, not just answering questions. No technical background needed.

​***Come prepared***

​To take part in the hands-on portion, bring a laptop with the Claude desktop app installed and a paid Claude plan (Pro or Team). Don't have one? Come anyway — you can follow along with the live demo and pair up with a neighbor.

​Expect a practical session, working examples over slides, and ideas you can put to work the next morning.

​✴️ Coby Sternlicht

​Coby Sternlicht is an AI advisor who helps organizations get from "we have AI tools" to AI doing real work. He runs enterprise AI engagements end to end — process discovery, agent build, evaluation, and delivery — alongside role-based upskilling programs for engineers, executives, and non-technical teams, and serves as AI Advisor & Field CTO at iForAI, where he leads Claude and Claude Code adoption for enterprise clients.

​Over more than two decades he founded Citi's Data Intelligence Lab and grew it from 3 to 40 people, turning proofs of concept into global production systems for trade surveillance and client intelligence; served as VP R&D at BlueVine, leading lending, credit, and all customer-facing applications through hypergrowth; and co-founded an enterprise AI startup whose process-discovery method he still uses today.

​He does this work because he loves teaching and leading change and because he has seen firsthand what happens when teams learn to use these tools well: a huge boost in productivity and quality.
