Candina Weston is a go-to-market and brand strategy leader with more than 25 years of experience across technology, marketing, and commercial operations. Her career spans both B2B and B2C markets, including enterprise technology, partner ecosystems, and retail environments, with a focus on aligning product, brand, and revenue performance.
She previously held senior global marketing and strategy leadership roles at Microsoft, working on large-scale go-to-market programs across global technology and partner ecosystems. This experience spans complex enterprise organisations as well as consumer-facing businesses, providing perspective across both structured technology environments and brand-led markets.
Candina is the founder of IP.Global, a Singapore-based advisory focused on go-to-market strategy, brand positioning, and commercial performance for growth companies.
She is also the founder of GLM, a brand developing premium laptop bags designed for professionals bridging tech and fashion.
Candina holds a Master of Change Management from INSEAD and is based in Singapore, having lived and worked internationally across Australia, the United States, France, and Singapore.
