Mark has 18 years of experience with Barclays, primarily in Business Banking, and is currently focused on growing the number of investors using Demo Directory to identify investment opportunities.
Tom Field
Head of Business Development, Republic Europe
Tom is the Head of Business Development at Republic Europe (formerly Seedrs). Across two stints spanning over six years, Tom has been deeply hands-on in operational roles, playing a key part in successfully funding hundreds of businesses. Beyond his expertise in early-stage investment, he brings firsthand industry experience as a 2x founder and startup advisor.
Adam Phillips
Funding Associate, SeedLegals
Adam is a fundraising associate who has spent the last 2.5 years at SeedLegals helping founders secure capital and scale. Specialising in S/EIS Tax Relief, Advance Subscription Agreements, and traditional Funding Rounds.
He helped close nearly 200 investment rounds, often involving investment amounts up to £3 million, from a wide network including Angels, VCs, Family Offices, and CVCs. Adam is focused on providing the practical guidance startups need to successfully go from pitch to close.
