Base Workshop: B20 Token Standard
Join Youssef from Base DevRel for a practical walkthrough of B20, Base’s native token standard built for real-world utility.
Go beyond basic ERC-20 transfers. Learn how to leverage built-in compliance controls, granular role management, transaction memos, and enforceable supply caps - plus a step-by-step demo on how to launch your own B20 token.
What to expect:
Launch a token or stablecoin in one call, with no contract to write or audit
Compliance built in: allowlists, freeze, pause, and memos
Live demo: make your stablecoin pay its own gas (Note: bringing a laptop is recommended for demos but not required)
