Join the Space Beach Foundation at our Future Fest pop-up for an all-day activation in celebration of the DTLB Art + Design Walk. Come see our art exhibit, enjoy live painting from Alyssandra Nighswonger, bring the kids to play with our arts and crafts, learn about The Space Parade, and hear speakers give short talks about space!
6:00 PM - Ebony Gilbert, Afro-Futurist is a writer and filmmaker (Batwoman, Ifine: Beauty) shares a short film and speaks.
6:30 PM - Pamela Kossek, curator and owner of the Library of Technics (205 Long Beach Blvd.) will share and discuss books rescued from the recently shuttered NASA libraries.
