We return to the freedom of knowing ourselves — through the wisdom of the body.
Held in a safe and intentional container,
movement becomes medicine.
Somatic expression awakens your empowered self,
allowing truth to move, breathe, and expand.
Moana is a unique experience Liberation Dance facilitator who weaves movement, presence, and embodied awareness into transformative dance journeys. Her sessions are poetic and powerful, guiding participants into deeper connection with the body, softening the nervous system, and awakening the inner landscape through conscious movement and felt expression.
