About Event

If AI stands for Artificial Intelligence, then what’s Authentic Intelligence?

While AI revolutionized our processes, and as it sometimes feels - dominated our conversations -  intelligence is innate to each of us and our shared systems - and goes way beyond your cognitive output.

During our time together, we will:

  • Understand interdisciplinary research about intelligence (beyond disempowering and harmful narratives of Big Tech!)

  • Explore our unique human skills and capabilities, leaving behind the narrow, cognitive-driven understanding of IQ

  • Learn practical tools and exercises to cultivate multifaceted resilience and imagination for shared flourishing

  • Develop kinder, empowering narratives about your skills and abilities

This workshop is for you if you:

  • Feel anxious or unsure about your role in the AI-driven workplace

  • You're a founder or leader who wants to lead through this moment with more direction and awareness

  • Question the value of your skills and abilities

  • Don’t buy into the AI hype and look for alternative perspectives

  • Want to uncover and own new gifts and abilities to tap into - in your career and personal life

Can't join live? A workshop recording will be shared with attendees after the event, and you can contact me with follow-up questions.

About the Host

I’m a PhD Candidate at GCAS (ABD) studying the intersection of AI, the contemporary meaning crisis, and embodiment. Beyond academic theories, I draw from 12+ years of hands-on experience in tech startup and leadership roles to shape my understanding of how technology impacts our daily lives. I’ve also trained in various somatic modalities—including breathwork, Yin, Kriya, and Abhyas Somatics—as well as Nonviolent Communication, which continue to inform my work.
