Open House: Scrapbook, Stickers & Journaling

​Thrive Center is opening its doors for a cozy, creative drop-in session. Grab a page, pick your stickers, and journal your way through some guided prompts designed to help you reflect and reconnect with yourself.

​No art experience needed. No pressure to stay the whole time. Just come as you are.

• ​Stickers, washi tape, and prompt cards

• ​Guided journaling prompts to help you slow down
