Rita is a Partner & Co-Founder of Nordic Ignite Angel Fund, Secretary General of NorBAN - Norwegian Business Angel Network, and a Board Member of EBAN, and also Co-Founder at WIN Women Investor Network Norway www.winnetwork.eu - March 2020 – Present. Empowering women to strengthen their financial position, with programs to learn how to invest in startups, and by providing an arena for women to evaluate investment opportunities and invest together. Co-Partner at WIN Ventures I and WIN Ventures II www.winventures.no investment company, pooling 30 competent and highly engaged women investors to deploy risk capital into ambitious and innovative Nordic companies. Rita works closely with founders, angel investors, and investment networks across Europe.
