Public Goods Open Mic
A Daily Open Pitch Session for Builders and Ideas
During muShanghai AI Week, GCC will host a casual Public Goods Open Mic every afternoon from May 13 to May 15.
This is a lightweight, open, and low-pressure space for builders to share what they are working on.
If you are building an open-source project, an AI tool, a community experiment, public-goods infrastructure, or simply exploring an idea related to Public Goods, you are welcome to come and give a short pitch.
You do not need a polished deck.
You do not need to make your project sound “big” or “finished.”
We are more interested in hearing:
What problem are you working on?
Why might it be useful to more people?
Where are you now?
Who would you like to meet here?
Each Open Mic session will last around 30 minutes. Participants can take turns pitching their projects or ideas, or simply join as audience members to hear what other builders are working on.
This is not a competition, and it is not a formal demo day.
Think of it more like a small public square that happens every afternoon: a place where early projects can be seen, interesting ideas can find a response, and people who are building things can meet each other.

What can you share?
You can pitch an active project, or share an idea that is still early and unfinished.
For example:
An open-source tool
An AI agent or AI app
Community infrastructure
A public-goods funding idea
A small experiment around creators, collaboration, education, governance, or open-source ecosystems
Anything that feels useful to the world, even if you are not sure how it should make money yet
How to join
If you would like to pitch, please briefly tell us what you want to share when you register.
If you just want to listen, you are very welcome too.
Pitch slots are limited each day, and the order will be arranged on site.
Come share what you are building.
Sometimes you do not need a big stage — just an afternoon where a few people are actually willing to listen.
开源公共物品开放麦
在 muShanghai AI Week 期间，GCC 将在 5 月 13 日至 15 日，每天下午举办一场轻量的 Public Goods Open Mic。
这是一个开放、轻松、低门槛的项目分享场。
如果你正在做一个开源项目、AI 工具、社区实验、公共物品基础设施，或者只是有一个关于 Public Goods 的想法，都欢迎来到现场，用几分钟介绍你正在做的事情。
你不需要准备一份完整 BP，也不需要把项目包装得很成熟。
我们更想听到的是：
你正在解决什么问题？
为什么这件事对更多人有用？
你现在做到哪一步了？
你希望在现场遇到什么样的人？
每场 Open Mic 会持续约 30 分钟。参与者可以轮流上台 pitch 自己的项目或想法，也可以作为观众加入，听听其他 builder 正在做什么，并在现场交流、连接、碰撞。
这不是比赛，也不是正式 demo day。
它更像是一个每天固定发生的小型公共广场：让还在早期的项目被看见，让有意思的想法找到回应，让正在做事的人遇到彼此。
