This is a closed-door morning — a short, handpicked list of founders, C-suite leaders, and startup executives from some of Canada's most ambitious companies, gathered by invitation only. This event is built around a simple idea: the leaders in this room rarely get to sit down together in a curated setting, to learn from each other and from experts on navigating growth. It is also an opportunity to support an overlooked group of tech talent: immigrants and newcomers.

Over breakfast at Deloitte's offices, the morning unfolds in two parts. The first is for the leaders themselves — candid, roundtable conversations on raising capital, accessing world-class talent, and navigating growth, the kind that only happen among people who've actually lived it. The second part turns outward: you'll meet exceptional immigrant tech talent, highly skilled professionals carrying real experience and expertise who are too often overlooked simply for being new to this country. For many in the room, this will be a turning point in their career journey since coming to Canada.

​This gathering is for leaders who've already built something real and are now facing navigating growing pains or rapid scaling — and who know the best rooms are the ones where you take something away (connections with other leaders, actionable take aways from peers/experts) and leave something behind (a helping hand for those still on their way — newcomers and job seekers).
