fwb play 🕶️ shades: a BIPOC party hosted by Amon
Shades is fwb’s BIPOC play party, centering diverse experiences and cultures. Here, we redefine what play can look like for the global majority. We actively challenge stereotypes, micro-aggressions, and the status quo with open discussion in our consent talk. We’re here for our pleasure! We open and close the space with intention, collaborate with local, diverse community groups and have policy in place for an audience that usually isn’t prioritized. We kindly ask our allies to support us by sitting this one out.
This gathering is a celebration of pleasure, connection, and community for our BIPOC-identifying friends. It’s a night to exhale into your body, explore your desires, and meet others who share a lived experience of navigating the world in our skin. Here, we center our joy, our intimacy, our healing, and our play.
Expect a warm, curated environment designed to support safety, communication, and enthusiastic consent. Whether you’re feeling flirtatious, sensual, exploratory, or simply curious, you’ll find space to move at your own rhythm. Come solo, with a partner, or with friends — all relationship structures and orientations are welcome.
Amon Elise spends their life outspokenly queer, Black and curious. They are at the intersection of cuddle facilitator, certified somatic sexologist, and spoken word artist. Amon takes the time to advocate for shared intimacy and a normalization of all things erotic. They provide a moment of pause for you to connect with your inner body and appreciate your outer body exactly as it is. When not facilitating, you can catch them teaching Q/T nude yoga classes or hosting community events. Above all else, Amon holds space for people in need of touch and community.
