Coffee & Connections: A closed-door breakfast for founders navigating the jump from momentum to scale

​Coffee & Connections is a small, off-the-record breakfast for founders in the scaling phase navigating the space between early traction and durable infrastructure.

​This is a room for honest conversation — not pitching.

​We’ll gather over coffee to talk about what’s actually coming up right now: how roles shift as teams grow, where pressure shows up after momentum, how hiring velocity changes the organization, and when infrastructure starts to strain under growth.

​There will be light structure to kick things off, followed by open, table-level discussion. The goal is simple: give founders space to compare notes, pressure-test decisions, and leave feeling a little less alone in this stage.
