High Performance as an Operating System
Join us for a fireside chat with Bronte Campbell OLY, May Samali and Jess Spendlove, unpacking what it takes to build and sustain a high performance operating system.
We’ll explore why this matters for individuals, teams, and organisations, with personal leadership as the foundation.
What we’ll cover
Purpose: Anchoring values and direction to fuel resilience and fulfilment.
Psychological: Training your mind, managing your emotions, and staying sharp under pressure.
Physical: Harnessing sleep, movement, nutrition, and recovery to sustain long-term stamina.
People: Building relationships, teams, and environments that shape mindset and sustainability.
High performance requires sustaining high energy. These are the levers we can pull to optimise performance. We’ll also share how to apply a personalised, experimental approach — test, learn, iterate — to embed habits that last.
