Bring your ride or die to flow side by side in a series of partnered mat exercises. Transferring weight back and forth, you'll be challenged to share balance of stability while supporting and encouraging each other — a true test of teamwork.
Come flex and feel the burn together — encourage a bestie to try something new, get bendy with your lover, or have a few giggles with your mom. All are welcome to come show the love. 💕
