About Event
2B STRONG is a ladies-only strength workshop that gives you the knowledge and confidence to train independently on the gym floor. Each session breaks down key barbell lifts and movements so you understand what you’re doing and why – not just following a workout. In a supportive, small-group setting, you’ll learn, lift, and leave feeling stronger, more capable, and confident to tackle the gym on your own.
Week 4: Pull (Rows, Lat Pulldown, Pull-Ups) Train your pulling muscles with rows, lat pulldowns, and pull-up variations. Learn how to engage your back and biceps correctly while balancing your upper-body strength. This session will leave you feeling stronger and more capable on the gym floor.
