About Event

A slow summer brunch built for lingering (menu below)

This is a three-hour, five-course gathering designed around long tables, shared plates, and easy conversation. Some dishes are served to share, others are plated individually, all inspired by bright summer produce and inventive cooking.

It is not a rushed meal and it is not a restaurant experience. It sits somewhere in between. A relaxed supper club style brunch where time slows down and each course arrives at its own pace.

Expect seasonal flavours, generous sharing, and a space designed for people who enjoy food that feels thoughtful but unpretentious.

A custom drinks menu will be available in alcoholic and non-alcoholic versions.

Pea, curd & summer shoots/ basil mayonnaise

Bacon, egg foo young & cheese/ rice

Potato rösti & smoked trout/ coriander, cucumber, lime crème fraiche

Flatbread/ with ricotta, almond crumb, and spicy oil

Vanilla cream/ raspberry, dark chocolate, biscuit crumb
