Level Up Your Agent-Assisted Swift Development with a Claude Workflow That Adapts as You Build
Building Swift apps with coding agents involves different tools, skills, and instructions at every stage of development, from planning features and writing code to testing and committing changes. But it's hard to know which rules your agent is actually following, what it still has in context, or which tools it's using. You end up repeatedly invoking skills, reminding your agent of instructions, and trying to keep it on track instead of focusing on building your app. And when you start a new session, app, or feature, you have to do it all over again.
In this workshop, you'll learn how my custom-built system, SwiftFlow, uses the new Claude Code mod functionality to create a workflow that adapts as you build. We'll explore how a state machine automatically gives Claude the right instructions, tools, and skills at each stage of development, instead of loading everything upfront and hoping it remembers. You'll learn the ideas behind the system and receive your own starter tool that walks you through setting up and customizing a workflow based on your needs. The goal is to help you make the system your own, so you can build Swift apps with a more reliable, structured workflow that fits the way you work.
