BIST Interim Permanent Secretary to Brief Asia House on UK Government’s Trade Strategy, AI Governance
Amanda Brooks CBE, Interim Permanent Secretary at the Department for Business, Innovation, Science and Trade, will deliver a private briefing at Asia House on Tuesday, 27 October.
Following the recent changes in government, Ms Brooks will discuss the status of the UK Trade Strategy and progress on implementation.
She will also discuss how the new responsibility for AI governance will affect BIST’s work and the government’s goals for trade and investment in the Middle East and Asia.
