About Event

PhilaCon Valley is a Philadelphia-based tech community centering Black, Brown, LGBTQIA+, and underrepresented builders in software development. This Philly Tech Week, we're making it official.

Join us for the public launch of PhilaCon Valley's agency arm — a community-powered model where real clients bring real problems and community members build real solutions.

The evening has three movements:

The Launch
We formally introduce PhilaCon Valley as an agency. What it is, how it works, and who it is for.

The Showcase
Plot Hole, our civic pothole-tracking app, takes center stage alongside our first client delivery. Real work. Real impact. Shipped by this community.

The Town Hall
We open the floor. What is in the pipeline, what projects are coming, and how you can be part of building what is next.

This is not a panel. This is not a pitch competition. This is a community showing Philadelphia what it built and inviting the city to build with us.
