MAX-Q Series: Mission
Are you optimising for the right outcome?
For founders, CEOs and senior leaders asking:
Are we still solving the problem we originally set out to solve?
Are product, commercial, technology and leadership actually optimising for the same outcome?
Is our AI activity translating into something customers will use, buy or value?
AI expands what an organisation can do faster than it clarifies what it should do. Teams can execute brilliantly, hit their individual targets and still move collectively towards the wrong destination. The longer that continues, the more capability, capital and organisational energy become attached to an outcome nobody has properly re-examined.
MY PROMISE
In 60 minutes, leave with greater clarity on:
the outcome your organisation is actually optimising for;
where competing assumptions or incentives may be pulling activity away from that outcome;
the next executive decision that needs attention before further acceleration.
We will recognise where ambition and activity may have separated, reframe the issue around the outcome that actually matters, examine the assumptions and incentives influencing direction, and identify the next consequential decision leadership needs to make.
WHO I AM
I support critical operators and decision-makers making consequential choices under pressure.
Across 25 years spanning astrophysics, advanced technology, AI strategy, governance, advisory and organisational leadership, I have worked across global enterprises, technology ecosystems and high-consequence sectors where technical possibility has to survive commercial and operational reality. I also understand that pressure as a founder, board member, and exec has: decisions are made with incomplete information, finite capital and real consequences.
Bring the decision. We’ll examine what it really requires.
