Climate Parties are a series of immersive learning & ecosystem building events curated to enable interdisciplinary solutionists, either already working in or seriously considering a transition to the Climate space, to discover more of their kind across domains and cross-pollinate ideas for collaborative action.
About the event
Every winter, Delhi’s air turns into a headline and a health hazard. But this time, we’re turning the lens inward. What if we stopped seeing ourselves as helpless victims of the smog…and started seeing ourselves as solution-holders who can act at a local level?
In this edition as we spotlight the choking air of NCR, we are not going to talk data and everything we already know BUT focus on how to create agency & take action at our respective local levels.
No superficial panels. No blame games. Only learnings from people taking real bets and turning them into effective solutions; and real tools that have helped communities solve local problems.
What to expect?
Tanushree Ganguly, Director @ Energy Policy Institute at the University of Chicago (EPIC) will set the context for the day with hard hitting facts which largely go missing in the mainstream narrative for Delhi / NCR's air.
