AI Solution Sessions: Finance & Admin

​A full-day working session for Clark County business leaders, presented by North Bank Innovations in partnership with CREDC.

​Reporting takes days. Forecasts run on gut feel. Contracts and paperwork pile up because nobody has time to read them. Your numbers should be working for you. AI can get you there, if you know what's safe to put where.

​This session is where you work it out. Not a keynote. Not a vendor pitch. You'll sit in a small group with other business leaders and a practitioner who builds with AI every day. You'll bring a real finance or admin problem. You'll evaluate real approaches against your real conditions: your data, your team, your constraints.

​You'll leave with an honest path forward and a first step you can take within 30 days.

​Agenda:

• ​9:30am: Doors open. Coffee and networking.

• ​10:00am: Welcome and opening frame. How AI actually works as a business tool: security, platform, model, data. Shared vocabulary for the day.

• ​10:45am: Working groups form. Meet your practitioner.

• ​11:45am: Lunch with your group.

• ​12:30pm: Working session one. Sharpen the problem. Where are you actually starting from? What have you tried?

• ​1:45pm: Break.

• ​2:00pm: Working session two. Evaluate AI approaches against the real conditions in the room. Narrow to a path. Define the first step.

• ​3:15pm: Close. Each group shares one theme. Patterns named across the room.

• ​3:45pm: Open time. Practitioners available.

• ​4:30pm: Done.
