Workshop: Try linoleum printing on textile with Studio Grupptryck

​What can you expect?

​We will teach you how to print with linoleum at a beginner level.

​You don't need any prior knowledge. You will focus on getting to know the medium and learn how to prepare, carve and print a linoleum block. We will be using a printing press, but we will also show you simpler techniques that you can recreate at home. You can create any motif you want, but the print will be a fixed size in a square format.

​You can bring at least one print with you home and you are welcome to leave one print with us that will become part of our exhibition on Saturday, the 6th of February.

​

​What should you bring?

​- Clothes that you don’t mind getting color on

​- Sketchbook and pens if you want (we of course have materials to borrow as well)
