Upskilling the Romanian IT Industry - Performance without Sacrificing Mental Health
The rise of AI and the pace of constant change demand new skills, sustained effort, and significant investments of time and energy. We are expected not only to keep existing, still-profitable work running, but also to continuously learn, innovate, and adapt to new realities. All of this happens while we face personal challenges - financial pressures, parenting responsibilities, and everyday anxieties.
So how do we balance it all without burning out?
How can we maintain high performance while managing stress and anxiety?
Is the traditional 9-to-6, five-day work schedule still relevant today, or is it time, like a GPS, to recalculate our route? And if so, where should it lead?
One promising approach is shifting from time-measured work to outcome-measured work. It involves actively managing our “energy piggy bank,” understanding how mental health challenges arise, and learning practical ways to regain control — over our focus, our response to stress, and ultimately, our lives.
Join us at Edenred Digital Center to explore these topics and discover actionable strategies for achieving strong performance while protecting and maintaining your mental well-being!
