Trust & Traction

​The Trust & Traction Workshop is a 2.5-hour live virtual session for healthcare leaders and operators whose AI adoption efforts have stalled. Led by Eugene Chan (Behavieural) and Jodi Stewart (healthcare operations), it pairs a behavioral lens, Eugene's scientifically-validated and proprietary AI Trust Axis, with an operational lens, baseline through sustain, and applies both at once to one real problem each attendee brings. In small case clinics, every case gets diagnosed, challenged, and turned into a draft plan with a single metric, and attendees leave with a Case Snapshot and a 30-minute 1:1 debrief already booked. It runs December 1, 2026, from 1:00 to 3:30 PM ET, with seats at $199 USD that credit toward a follow-on diagnostic or evaluation.
