About Event
2B STRONG is a ladies-only strength workshop that gives you the knowledge and confidence to train independently on the gym floor. Each session breaks down key barbell lifts and movements so you understand what you’re doing and why – not just following a workout. In a supportive, small-group setting, you’ll learn, lift, and leave feeling stronger, more capable, and confident to tackle the gym on your own.
Week 6: Test & Celebrate (PBs, Confidence Wins)
Celebrate your progress with personal bests and confidence wins! Test your strength, see how far you’ve come, and reflect on improved technique, power, and gym confidence. This session is all about celebrating your achievements and walking out feeling unstoppable.
