Every great festival needs an epic warm-up.
This year, the Hunter Innovation Festival is all about "Yes, And..." which means shifting away from just talking about big ideas and focusing on what our region is actually building next. Before the main festival hits the road for the Regional Roadshow, we are gathering everyone in Newcastle to put the Hunter’s boldest innovators front and centre.
These are the founders and thinkers turning wild ideas into commercial realities right in our backyard. The best bit? You will see exactly how the Hunter is lifting them up in return. Each innovator is taking the stage side by side with the local council leaders who have championed their work. You won't just walk away inspired by what our founders are building, you will see a first-hand how our region steps up, rallies behind them, and says "yes, and" to make it happen.
From Newcastle to Muswellbrook, Maitland to Cessnock, you will hear straight from the people building our future, alongside the leaders standing right behind them.
