Founders Playbook: Build your first team
Most technical founders hire their first people the way they were hired themselves: by CV and by gut feeling. This invite-only evening turns hiring into a skill you can practise.
Together with Project A, we’re bringing together 20–25 technical founders at pre-seed and seed for a hands-on session on who to hire first, and how to win them.
What to expect
A candid conversation with Project A and one of their portfolio founders on how investors look at early teams, and what they’ve learned from building their own.
A hands-on workshop where you work on your own hiring challenges with input from people who have done it before.
A closer look at your founder profile, and what it means for the team you build around you.
