Title: Cracking Agent Identity: Giving AI Agents a Real Digital Presence

Abstract: Most agents today live in the shadows—they can talk in chat in some internal company software, but they interact with the real world. At AgentMail, we explored what happens when agents get a true digital identity—an inbox, a name, a way to communicate directly with humans(and even other agents). This talk explores the capabilities we've seen agents achieve once given an identity, and the challenges we've faced when it comes to letting these agents roam the internet.

Bio: University of Michigan Alum, ex-NVIDIA, quit job at Meta to build AgentMail, the first email provider for AI agents.
