Every great company you've ever admired started the same way.
A small group of people found each other at exactly the right moment. Before the big funding rounds. Before the full product launches. Before the headlines. There was just a room, and the right people in it.
On May 6th, Project Europe is opening its doors at Labs House for one hour to come and meet the founding companies.
This is the Project Europe 25'-26' cohort. All building at the very front of technology - defence intelligence, brain-computer interfaces, autonomous systems, AI infrastructure, hydrogen production. All looking for the people they want to build the next decade with.

Pick the one that's you. 10 spots per role.
The Closer. Founding GTM - you sell before there's a deck. You make believers out of strangers.
The Architect. Full Stack Engineer - you build end to end. You're the first engineer and you're comfortable with that.
The Whisperer. ML / AI Engineer - you work at the model layer. You speak to machines in ways most people don't understand.
The Builder. Software Engineer - you write clean code fast. You want to ship something that matters.
The Maker. Hardware Engineer - you build things that exist in the physical world. Atoms not just bits.
The Feeler. Product Designer / UX·UI - you make things feel inevitable. You care about craft before anyone is watching.
The Glue. Founding Operator - ops, finance, people. You're the reason everything actually works.
The Wildcard. You don't fit a box. But you know you belong in an early team. Come anyway.
Each founding team will have a moment to tell the room what they're building and who they're looking to bring onto the team. Then the floor opens - go around, meet the teams, have a drink, find the one that makes you feel something.
At 630pm we walk together to Soho for an evening of European storytelling (if you so wish).
