Before you evaluate a vendor, before you name a use case, before you write a policy: what is your organization actually made of, and what would AI reshape inside it?
We'll work through three questions together. What future are you trying to build — and does this tool help or hinder it? What is this system actually made of, and what don't you know yet? And who benefits when things go well, and who carries the cost when they don't?
You'll leave with a sociotechnical map of your use case, a frame-tested vision statement, and a Proceed Pause Decline decision you can actually defend.
