About Yan Grinshtein
Yan Grinshtein is a designer and entrepreneur with over two decades of experience working across agencies, in-house teams, and global brands spanning a wide range of industries. Throughout his career he has led product design, built and mentored teams, and partnered with organizations at every stage of growth to solve complex design and product challenges. Over time his focus expanded beyond the craft itself to the systemic issues that hold design and product teams back, including poor prioritization, fragmented data, and decision-making that stalls progress. That focus led him to co-found Cepien AI, where he serves as CEO and is building tools to help teams work with greater clarity and make better decisions at scale. He joins us for an honest conversation about the state of AI today, what it means for designers and product professionals, and where he sees the industry going next.
