Anne-Sophie Flury, also known as Coochie by Gucci, is a neuroscientist and mental resilience coach. She specialises in practical tools to regulate the nervous system, manage stress, and build long-term mental strength. Her sessions focus on giving you techniques you can actually implement in your daily life.
