​Turn your AI product into an agentic system. Join a group of AI startups in Zurich for a hands-on builder session where we design production-ready AI agent architectures together.

​The goal: Leave with a concrete agentic workflow for your startup.

​This session is designed for AI startups and product teams who want to build or scale agentic AI applications.
We welcome founders, CTOs, and engineers from registered startups who are working on AI-driven products and want to explore how agentic architectures can unlock new product capabilities.

​Participation is limited to 40 participants to keep the session interactive.

Whether you are:
• exploring your first agentic use case
• already building with LLMs and looking to move beyond simple RAG workflows
• designing multi-step AI systems or autonomous workflows
this session will help you translate ideas into practical architectures and a concrete POC roadmap.

The event is sponsored and co-hosted together with our technology partner Snapsoft, who will join AWS engineers in supporting the hands-on architecture discussions.

The workshop will take place from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM, followed by food, drinks, and networking with fellow founders and builders from the Swiss AI ecosystem.

  1. The state of agentic AI (20 min)
   Key patterns, architectures, and real-world examples.
  2. Agent design frameworks & Startup Spotlight (45 min)
   How to go from an idea to a concrete agent architecture, followed by short insights from two startups building on AWS, sharing what they are currently developing and the challenges they are solving.
  3. Breakout: Define your agent use case (60 min)
   Startups work on their own agent use case with guidance from the team.
  4. Architecture clinic (60 min)
   AWS and Snapsoft engineers help refine architectures and technical approaches.
  5. POC roadmap (30 min)
   How to move from concept to a production-ready proof of concept.
