Ready to put AI to work on your job search? Learn from my experience! I created a job agent that automated repetitive tasks, helped me find roles, write cover letters, and find relevant LinkedIn connections. In this hands-on workshop, you'll go from zero to a fully functioning, personalized job agent that works for you.
What we'll build together: We'll start by reviewing how I created an agent to fit my workflow. By the end of the session, you'll have a working job agent tailored to your own search criteria, workflow, and goals that you can start using the same day.
What you'll need before we begin: If you have these set up and ready to go, you're in the right place.
* Your resume and/or bio
* Access to Claude Workflow,
* Trello to create a board for your job search
* Chrome with the Claude plugin installed
Optional:
* Past cover letters
* Linkedin Profile
* Access to a cloud file sharing service such as Google Drive
What you'll walk away with:
* You'll leave with your own fully configured job agent ready to use.
* A clear understanding of how to build agents you can apply to other use cases beyond job searching.
* A set of best practices to set up your agent.
* Awareness of the common pitfalls that trip people up and how to sidestep them.
* A repeatable process for testing and refining your agent so it consistently delivers the results you're looking for and is effective over time.
Who this is for: This workshop is designed for people who are comfortable using digital tools and are ready to go deeper. You don't need a technical background, but if you're brand new to AI tools, you may want to explore a beginner session first.
This is not a course about AI theory. We won't be comparing language models, debating prompting philosophies, or writing a single line of code. This is a practical, build-as-you-go session where you'll leave with something real and immediately useful.
