We'll talk openly about:

Talent — How do we attract, retain and build exceptional teams?
Technology — What can AI and emerging technology unlock for businesses being built here?
Distribution — How do companies built in Bihar reach national and global markets?
Institutions — What should founders expect from government, universities, investors and the wider ecosystem?
Opportunity — What is still hiding in plain sight?
And the bigger question:
What would it take for Bihar to become a place from which globally competitive companies are built — not simply a place from which talent leaves?
This is not an event designed to celebrate the startup ecosystem.
It's a room designed to strengthen it.
