C4W: The Cardano Constitutional Committee Credential Workshop

​This session is intended for anyone who wants to learn about how the Cardano Constitutional Committee (CC) works on-chain or may be interested in serving on the CC in the future. Participants will explore the roles and interactions of the three main governance bodies, the authority and limitations of the CC, and the lifecycle of governance actions from submission to resolution, highlighting the interplay between automated guardrails (“code is law”) and human constitutional interpretation. The session also demystifies Cold and Hot CC credentials, including individual keys, native scripts, and credential Managers, to explore how these enable secure role delegation. Attendees will gain a clear understanding of the responsibilities of various governance actors and conclude with a hands-on constitutional assessment and live voting exercise on SanchoNet.
