​In this workshop, Petter Made, co-founder of SumUp and partner at EWOR, shares the key principles of personal development for entrepreneurs. Drawing on his experience building a billion-euro company, he explains how to build mental resilience, focus, and long-term performance - essential skills for anyone on the path to founding their own startup.

​Petter is the co-founder of SumUp, a payment service provider valued at over €8 billion. After his time at SumUp, he became CPTO at Drooms and helped scale the company to eight-figure annual revenue. Today, he is a partner at EWOR, where he mentors fellows in building their own unicorns.
