Tucker Blalock was born and raised in Phoenix, Tucker is a true native who has a passion for helping others realize their real estate goals. Tucker served in the Marine Corps and after graduating from Arizona State University with a business degree, he co-founded The Brokery. Leading The Brokery, Tucker has proven his dynamic sales approach as he has grown the company from $0 to over $500,000,000 in annual sales. In 2023, Tucker won the prestigious Phoenix Business Journal 40 under 40 award and he continues to spend time on a lot of charity missions in his off time, including Fresh Start Women’s Organization. Outside of The Brokery, you are likely to find Tucker with his family, playing pickleball, or running on the canal.
Randy Byrd is a Coast Guard veteran, real estate broker, and high-performance coach with over 20+ years in real estate and 30+ years in construction. A former Keller Williams Team Leader and franchise owner, he now leads a large eXp Realty organization of over 1,100+ agents. Randy is the founder of ByrdHouse Development and Attract Boss Coaching, and is known for teaching attraction-based leadership that drives real results.
Kelli Kim and Matt Kelly, with a combined vision and passion, have collectively served the Scottsdale and the Metro-Phoenix luxury market and implemented some of the best tools to streamline their systems and organization. Matt and Kelli are known as an influential couple with big hearts to serve thier clients and inspire other agents.
