Join Marcela Variani for an experiential introduction to improvisational theater and its connection to everyday communication.
Alchimia Expressive Lab is more than a theater class. It's a space to meet new people, build connections, experiment together and discover new ways of expressing ourselves.
Through guided theater exercises, movement, voice and spontaneous interaction, we'll explore how we communicate, listen to others and navigate unpredictable situations with greater confidence and awareness through playfulness.
What we'll explore:
Confidence & spontaneity: Responding naturally when things don't go as planned.
Voice & body language: Becoming more aware of how you communicate beyond words.
Presence & listening: Connecting with others and being fully engaged in the moment.
Creativity & collaboration: Discovering new ways of expressing yourself together.
