El Evento
Monten, Medellín. El Estado de la Estrella Solitaria hace una parada en la Ciudad de la Eterna Primavera, y El Club Social de los Buenos Hombres lo celebra a lo grande: con un poquito de ritmo y mucho swagger country. Esta noche, las culturas chocan como violines gemelos en perfecta armonía, mientras traemos la música y el estilo de baile honky-tonk del sur de Estados Unidos al Valle de Aburrá. Algunos crecimos comiendo arepas y otros barbacoa, algunos nunca se han puesto un par de botas y otros nacieron con ellas puestas, pero esta noche todos somos tejanos, mientras una noche de two-step tejano invade Antioquia.
Nuestra noche comienza a las 6pm con una Corona Light gratis para los primeros 100 invitados en llegar, justo lo necesario para ponerte en ambiente tejano. A las 6:30, una clase de baile swing country y western pone a todos de pie y conversando, seguida de baile social toda la noche. Habrá barbacoa y tacos tejanos a la venta durante la velada, junto con tus tragos y cervezas favoritas de la barra.
Un tema “Now That’s Texas” (“Eso sí es Texas”) se vive durante toda la velada, y se nombrará al Más Tejano de Medellín entre los hombres y entre las damas, y cada ganador recibirá una cena gratis en uno de los restaurantes mexicanos más populares de Medellín.
En el camino, haz nuevos amigos, consigue una nueva pareja de baile y, quién sabe, tal vez termines bailando two-step hacia una nueva conexión antes de que termine la noche.
Bailamos hasta las 10pm, o hasta que se nos gasten las botas, y nos despedimos con nuevos amigos, nuevas conexiones, nuevas historias para contar y un poquito de patada tejana en nuestro paso.

Jeans y botas, falda y botas, vestido y botas, o tus mejores Daisy Dukes... ¡y botas! Ponte un sombrero vaquero si te sientes extra tejana.
No permitido: Zapatos planos o pantalones vaqueros holgados (los pitillo están bien). Les rogamos que se abstengan de usar ropa demasiado provocativa o reveladora.
Caballeros
Blue jeans, sombreros vaqueros y... lo adivinaste, botas.
No permitido: Zapatillas deportivas, gorras, camisetas y pantalones cortos deportivos o cargo.
Preguntas frecuentes
1) ¿Qué incluye mi entrada?
Tu entrada incluye acceso al recinto durante la velada, juegos de rompehielo, presentaciones, búsqueda de contactos perdidos después del evento, entretenimiento en vivo y acceso al círculo social más selecto de Medellín.
2) ¿A qué hora debo llegar?
El registro de entrada es entre las 18:00 y las 19:00. No se garantiza el acceso al evento a los invitados que lleguen después de la hora de registro.
3) ¿Existen otros costos asociados al evento?
Solo necesitas tu entrada. El consumo es aparte. No hay consumo mínimo.
4) ¿Cómo será el menú de comida?
Contaremos con vendedores en el lugar que ofrecerán barbacoa y tacos tejanos.
5) ¿Habrá servicio de bar en el evento?
Sí. Tus tragos y cervezas favoritas estarán disponibles en la barra, junto con una selección de vinos y bebidas sin alcohol.

Welcome to El Club Social de los Buenos Hombres. We’re not complacent “Nice Guys,” nor are we boring or ordinary. We’re simply regular men - entrepreneurs, remote professionals, and business owners - who are looking for something real when it comes to connection and romance in Medellín.

The Event
Saddle up, Medellín. The Lone Star State is making a stop in the City of Eternal Spring, and the Good Guys Social Club is doing it up big: with a little bit of rhythm and a whole lot of country swagger. Tonight, cultures collide like twin fiddles in perfect harmony as we bring the music and honky-tonk dance style of the American South to the Valley of Aburrá. Some of us were raised on arepas and some on barbecue, some of us have never worn a pair of boots and some of us were born in them, but tonight, we’re all Texans, as a night of Texas two-step invades Antioquia.
Our night begins at 6pm with a free Corona Light for the first 100 guests to arrive, just enough to get you in the mood for Texas. At 6:30, a country and western swing dance lesson gets everyone up on their feet and mingling, followed by social dancing all night long. Barbecue and Texas tacos are on sale throughout the evening, along with your favorite drinks and beers from the bar.
A “Now That’s Texas” theme runs through the whole evening, and one Most Texan of Medellín will be named among the men and the ladies, and each winner will receive a free dinner at one of Medellín’s hottest Mexican restaurants.
Along the way, make new friends, grab a new partner, and who knows, you might just find yourself two-stepping your way into a new connection before the night is over.
We dance until 10pm, or until our boots wear out, and then we say goodbye, with new friends, new connections, new stories to tell, and a little Texas kick in our step.

Denim jeans and boots, a skirt and boots, a dress and boots, or your best pair of Daisy Dukes... and boots! Throw on a cowgirl hat if you’re feeling extra Texan.
Not allowed: Flat shoes or baggy jeans (skinny jeans are fine). Please refrain from overly provocative or revealing clothing.
Gentlemen
Blue jeans, cowboy hats, and... you guessed it, boots.
Not allowed: Sneakers, caps, t-shirts, and athletic or cargo shorts.
Frequently Asked Questions
1) What does my ticket include?
Your ticket includes access to the venue throughout the evening, icebreaker games, introductions, help tracking down missed connections after the event, live entertainment, and access to Medellín’s most select social circle.
2) What time should I arrive?
Check-in is between 6:00 PM and 7:00 PM. Entry to the event is not guaranteed for guests who arrive after check-in closes.
3) Are there other costs associated with the event?
You only need your ticket. Food and drinks are separate. There is no minimum spend.
4) What will the food menu be like?
We’ll have vendors on site selling Texas barbecue and tacos.
5) Will there be a bar at the event?
Yes. Your favorite drinks and beers will be available from the bar, along with selected wines and soft drinks.
