P4 event - Innovation, Translation and Adoption: UK–Beijing Dialogue on the Future of Life Sciences

This invitation-only roundtable brings together a senior delegation from Beijing's life sciences ecosystem and selected leaders from across the UK biotechnology, healthcare, investment, and research communities for an open discussion on the future of healthcare innovation.
The Beijing delegation represents organisations spanning science and technology policy, healthcare regulation, medical research, clinical care, healthcare reimbursement, biopharmaceutical industry development, state-backed investment, and innovation commercialisation. Participants include representatives from leading government bodies, healthcare authorities, universities, research institutions, investment organisations, and some of Beijing's foremost teaching hospitals.
For UK participants, the session offers a rare opportunity to engage directly with the stakeholders involved in shaping one of the world's most dynamic healthcare and life sciences ecosystems. Discussions will explore how innovation moves from research to clinical practice, the role of regulation and healthcare systems in enabling adoption, and opportunities for international collaboration in areas such as biotechnology, therapeutics, medical technology, digital health, clinical research, and healthcare delivery.
